We are a family owned business, and we raise most of our aquatics and perennials outside. If there is a crop failure or demand for an item has run out, we will not substitute any plants, unless you have authorized substitutions when you order.

Shipping Information:
Orders will be shipped priority mail. It should arrive 2-4 days after sent. Our shipment days are Monday and Tuesday. Plants and products will be shipped separately. We will email you when the order is shipped. Plant shippments are seasonal. We will ship April 15 through Aug 31. Tropicals will only be shipped May 1 through July 31.
Refund and Returns Policies:
We do not give refunds, but will gladly replace andy plant that has been determined defective. If there is a problem with your plants when you receive them, please emaill or call within 24 hours.
